Virtual Happy Hour | Lennard Lighthouse MargaritaWe're back for a virtual happy hour in the Great Room. Today, we're spot-lighting a spin on one of our favourite fresh and classic cocktails, the margarita. If you could sip on summer, this is what it would taste like!
Grab your ingredients and follow along as Andy prepares for you,
the Lennard Lighthouse Margarita!
2 oz - Tequila
1. Prep your glass
If you would like to salt the rim of your glass, rim the glass in the hot pepper-infused simple syrup, then dip the rim in coarse kosher salt, and set aside.
2. Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add tequila, pink grapefruit juice, hot pepper-infused simple syrup, and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can shake things up in a mason jar or just stir everything together in a measuring cup.
3. Shake-it, shake-it, baby
Give the mixture a good shake (or a good stir!) until it is combined and chilled.
4. Strain and serve on the rocks
5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
