New Summer Menu Items Are Here!

Our new Executive Chef, Shaun Snelling, has created some fresh foodie items for our summer menu. Enjoy some light and satisfying snacks in the Great Room or on the SandBar Bistro's seaside patio this season!

Each dish is inspired by local, seasonal ingredients so don't miss out on some amazing flavours this summer. For every culinary creation is the perfect pairing offered by our cocktail connoisseur, Andre. Just ask!

   
  • Soba Noodle Salad | buckwheat noodles, kelp, radish, pickled cabbage, avocado, edamame, and a sesame yuzu vinaigrette.
  • Mussels & Clams | Outlandish shellfish, coconut kaffir lime, green onion, cilantro, and baguette
  • Pesto Shrimp Stone Oven Flatbread | side stripe shrimp, sundried tomato, basil, roasted garlic, feta
   
  • Market Ceviche | daily catch, cucumber, tomato, shallot served with corn chips
  • Smoked Chicken Taco | guacamole, lime pickled cabbage, chimichurri & smoked sour cream
   
 
  • SandBar Burger | grilled beef burger, lettuce, house sauce, shallot jam, and pickle.

  • Halibut & Chips | Tartar sauce, coleslaw, Tofino Brew Co. beer battered halibut & kennebec fries

Join us on Wednesdays for live music from 3-6pm, featuring rotating local artists. 
 
In cooperation with the Vancouver Aquarium, all Great room
menus display the Ocean Wise symbol to recognize seafood harvested in a sustainable manner.
