If you need to cancel your reservation, a $40.00 cancellation fee will apply. For reservations during the winter, spring and fall, cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Effective August 1, 2024, for summer 2025 June, July, August, September and all BC holiday periods, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that if you depart earlier than your scheduled departure date, the full cost of the remaining nights in your reservation will still apply

Long Beach Lodge Resort is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and/or vaping in guest rooms or on balconies will result in a $300 penalty.

We reserve the right to charge for damage/excessive mess left in the room for our maintenance or housekeeping teams.

We are thrilled to welcome your furry companions in our designated pet-friendly Rainforest Cottages and lodge rooms! A one-time fee of $65 per stay applies for pets. To ensure a seamless experience, please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet so we can allocate a designated pet-friendly room for you and help you avoid an additional $250 cleaning fee. Service dogs are also warmly welcomed. To ensure compliance with the Guide and Service Dog Act of British Columbia, please provide confirmation prior to your arrival.

While we understand that behaviours can vary, we have a zero-tolerance policy for violence, aggression, discrimination, harassment or verbal abuse towards our employees. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
