West Coast Tea Party by the Sea

Long Beach Lodge hosted its annual West Coast Tea Party on Sunday, April 15, and thanks to our dedicated staff and generous patrons, it was another great success!


The culinary team prepared a delicious buffet style spread of sweets and sandwiches to be enjoyed in the comforts of the Great Room. The sunny day filtered through the large windows of the restaurant as families snacked on crust-less sandwiches, mini pastries and chocolate-dipped fruit & cookies.

There were many trips made to the chocolate fondue and it was a treat to see everyone’s colourful tea party attire and the many funky teapots that speckled the dining tables.

The proceeds raised from this popular family event support the local elementary schools of Tofino and Ucluelet. The large turnout generated $1500 that will be split between the two community PAC’s. 

This is a favourite event among the LBLR team for the enjoyable atmosphere, leftover sweets and ability to support the local youth! We look forward to hosting you again next year!
