The Brunch Battle Begins!

Ditch your scrambled eggs and toast, and head to The Great Room October 16th, to broaden your brunch horizons.

Dawn Doucette (chef and owner of North Vancouver's Douce Diner), Bruno Feldeisen (french chef and judge on CBC's "The Great Canadian Baking Show") and Shaun Snelling (executive Chef, Long Beach Lodge Resort) will be banging out their best brunch dishes at the "Battle of the Brunch Stars", and you can get your fill of goodies like thick brioche french toast, beer & sake pork belly with golden chanterelles hash or smoked steelhead belly with umami hollandaise from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Reservations are recommended.
