  • Catch a play in our local theatre:
Cougar Annie is a theatrical journey through the life and hardships of local legend, Ada “Cougar” Annie Lawson. Playwright, Frank Harper, introduces you to the adventure and many characters that cross her path as she makes her way up and settles onto the isolated lands on Vancouver Island’s west coast. • Enjoy a short film festival for a great cause:
Surfrider Pacific Rim's Annual Short Film Festival is back. Featuring short films, both local and international, that explore the theme of ocean activism through visual story-telling. Find out more...

This is a 3 day field course hosted by the Raincoast Education Society that will introduce participants to the wonderful world of west coast mushrooms: how to identify, harvest, cook, and more!
