Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests.

Is the resort pet-friendly?
Our Surf Club and the SandBar Bistro are both pet-friendly! Select rooms are, as well. Please make sure you select a pet-friendly room when booking if you are traveling with a furry friend. Our current pet fee is $65 per stay.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
We have a room on the first floor of the lodge designed for increased accessibility. The room offers additional space, and we’ve installed support bars and non-slip surfaces in the bathroom. Please note, the tub does not fully open and assistance may be required depending on your mobility needs. We also provide a chair for those who find standing while bathing challenging. There is an elevator to get from this room to the Great Room.

Is there an elevator at the resort?
Yes, our lodge is equipped with an elevator for easy access to upper floors and the Great Room.

Are the rooms equipped with kitchen facilities?
All rooms include mini-fridges and coffee makers. For rooms with full kitchen amenities, we recommend booking one of our Rainforest Cottages.

I’ve never surfed before. Can I still take a lesson?
Yes! We offer private surf lessons with experienced instructors for guests of all skill levels.

What equipment is provided for surfing?
We provide all necessary equipment, including surfboards, wetsuits, booties, gloves and hoods, with rentals available for post-lesson use. We take safety very seriously, and encourage guests to wear helmets.

What other outdoor activities are there at the resort?
In addition to surfing, guests can enjoy beach walks, wildlife viewing, hiking trails and use of our hot pool and cedar sauna. E-bike rental is available through the Surf Club.

Can I book a spa treatment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking spa treatments in advance, especially during peak seasons.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus taxes and fees. If you need to cancel your reservation, a $40.00 cancellation fee will apply.
For reservations during the winter, spring and fall, cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Effective August 1, 2024, for summer 2025 (June, July, August, September) and BC holiday periods, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that if you depart earlier than your scheduled departure date, the full cost of the remaining nights in your reservation will still apply.
