Fifty thousand gallons of the world's finest Pacific oysters are harvested annually in the Tofino/Clayoquot region and residents of the Pacific Rim need your assistance to "knock back" the bounty. Every Fall, shellfish freaks, seafood geeks, bona fide connoisseurs, and some of North America's savviest chefs find their way to Tofino to gobble, gorge and munch the briny creatures. Clayoquot Oyster Festival Weekend ~ November 20-23, 2008

Mid-November, oyster lovers from all over the world will descend on the area to pay tribute to oysters during the 12th Annual Clayoquot Oyster Festival. This year's event is being held November 20 to 23 with special events throughout the weekend. 

Join us in kicking off the Festival on Thursday evening, November 20th for an evening of "Oysters & Bubbles".
