The Intimate Wedding Package... from $2108
Our Long Beach Lodge Intimate Wedding Package is for the bride and groom who want an intimate affair with close family and friends, with a focus on a dinner celebration. The Long Beach Lodge Intimate Wedding Package is a wedding celebration for 16 people (including bride and groom).
Our Intimate Wedding Package Includes:
- two nights accommodation in a Deluxe Beachfront room for the Bride and Groom June 14 and 15, 2013 (rooms for wedding guests not included)
- a gourmet 3-course dinner for two in our Great Room Bistro on Saturday June 15, 2013 (dinner for guests not included)
- white linen and West Coast décor
- deluxe continental breakfast basket delivery for the Bride and Groom on Sunday June 16, 2013
- wedding ceremony & dinner reception venue rental:
- beach or beachfront patio ceremony at 3pm Saturday June 15, 2013 with the Great Room as the alternative location in the event of inclement weather
- wedding dinner reception to be held in the Bistro area of the Great Room at 5:30pm Saturday June 15, 2013
- signing table and chair with white linen
- BC Marriage Commissioner, fees & witnesses (gratuity not included)

The contest prize package includes the following extras that will be added complimentary to your booked Intimate Wedding Package...
- A two night "Engagement Stay" for the Bride- and Groom-to-be, in June 2012 with an initial consultation with the Events Team and use of a chauffeured Land Rover during your stay
- Wedding photography provided by West Coast wedding and portrait photographer Marnie Recker. All guests must sign an image release form as photos will be used for promotional purposes by Long Beach Lodge Resort and Marnie Recker. www.marnierecker.com

The Fine Print...
- New bookings only.
- Maximum 16 people in total including the Bride and Groom.
- 14 wedding guests are required to stay at Long Beach Lodge Resort for two nights and will receive a discounted room rate of 20% off our regular rates. Bride and Groom and 14 guests must arrive at the Lodge on Friday June 14, 2013.
- 14 wedding guests must partake in the wedding dinner. Guest meals are at an additional cost. A Food and Beverage minimum of $75 per person will apply for wedding guests. Alcohol is not included. A function gratuity will be applied.
- Travel to and from Tofino not included.
- Use of the Long Beach Room is not included; if use is requested a rental fee will apply.
- Gratuities and taxes are not included.
- Sunshine guarantee not included.
- Dress and bling not included.
How to Enter the Contest:
The contest is open from February 6, 2012 to May 1, 2012 (ends May 1, 2012 at 12AM Pacific Time). You must submit a 1 minute video of why you deserve to have Long Beach Lodge Resort "Pimp Your Wedding". The video must be submitted via a post on the Long Beach Lodge Resort Facebook page; this post is to be labelled “LBLR Pimp Your Wedding Contest”.
We encourage you to have your friends and family "like" your video, as this will be taken into consideration as part of the judging criteria. The videos will be judged by the Pimp Your Wedding Panel: The General Manager, The Group Sales and Events Manager, The Marketing Coordinator and the Website Provider. No purchase is required for contest entry.
