Salacious Secrets
A great way to start the food and wine weekend is in Long Beach Lodge on June 5th with a unique winemaker’s event, Salacious Secrets, featuring amazing Kettle Valley wines. The event is from 7-10 PM in the breathtaking Great Room where guests will experience salacious secrets including Out Landish Shellfish, Sushi by Kevin Kimoto and Chef Josh Anker's creations. Served canapé style, each morsel will be paired with a Kettle Valley wine. Tickets are $68 each including taxes and gratuities. Only 100 tickets will be sold.

Edge 2 Edge Marathon

On June 14th, the Edge 2 Edge marathon takes place along a stunning route from Tofino to Ucluelet. Long Beach Lodge is offering a special rate of $299 (minimum 2 night stay for up to five people) on their cottage stays for participating relay teams. It includes a two bedroom cottage complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace, 2 full bathrooms and a hot tub plus home-baked continental buffet breakfasts. Group BBQ facilities and a fitness room are also available. What better way to atone for an indulgence the weekend before, all backed by the beauty and comfort offered at Cox Bay. Special rates are also available for the individual marathoner.
