A home baked Continental Buffet Breakfast is included in all room rates.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

- Additional charges per night are applicable for additional adults and children.
- Adults over 15 years of age $30, Children ages 6-15 $15, and children under 6 no additional charge.
- Maximum 4 guests per room and 6 guests per cottage, based on available bed configuration.
- A limited number of cat & dog friendly rooms are available for a $50 per visit charge (maximum 2 pets per room) and must be reserved at time of booking. Sorry, no other pets can be accommodated.
- One night's room and tax is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation fee is $20. Deposit is forfeited if stay is cancelled within seven days of arrival.
