We at Long Beach Lodge Resort take customer service seriously. Our mission is to meet and exceed the expectations of our valued guests through warm and personal service offered by our experienced staff. Your feedback is important to us to ensure that your experience is positive and we will have the opportunity to welcome you back, to identify areas that require improvement &/or identify new services/amenities that our guests would like to see added.

At check-in, all guests receive a welcome letter which includes my personal cell phone number and I encourage immediate feedback from the guests should something not meet up with expectations and the standards expected. Our desire is to correct any matters immediately and ensure that your stay with us is a positive, memorable experience.
